TEAS Exam Registration
and Study Guide
The ATI TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) helps determine if students are ready to start their studies in our Vocational Nursing program. Studies have shown a consistent link between a student’s performance on the TEAS and future academic success.
The ATI TEAS consists of 170 questions, which come in two formats: multiple-choice questions with four answer options and alternate-type questions. Students have 209 minutes to complete the exam.
- Reading contains 45 questions and is timed at 55 minutes
- Mathematics contains 38 questions and is timed at 57 minutes
- Science contains 50 questions and is timed at 60 minutes
- English and Language Usage contains 37 questions and is timed for 37 minutes
